You will receive a quote
After speaking with you about garment types, quantities, and the size of your artwork, we will create a detailed quote that will be e-mailed to you. Once you approve, we will move to the next step!
Turnaround Time:
Please contact us directly about our current turn around time as it varies.
Need it fast?
We got you! Let us know your hard deadline and we can create a rush order for you!
Rush order fees will apply.
We will create a mock up of your design.
Our Graphic designer will create a mock up for you, showing your chosen garment(s) with your artwork exactly how it will be Embroidered. Full specs will be on this document, which will be e-mailed to you for your approval. If you have picked out thread colors in shop, they will be listed here. If you haven’t specified, our designer and embroiderer will use their expertise to choose for you. If you have a firm deadline or rush order, you must approve your mock up promptly. We will not begin until you have approved the details of your order.
File is Digitized
Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork to a .dst or digitized file. Our machines use these files as a stitch map that guides the embroidery heads to stitch, change colors, tie off and more.
Embroidery Begins
After all art and specs have approved, our experienced embroidery team begins stitching your order. If screen printing and heat transfers are also in the order, those processes run concurrently and embroidery is completed after screen printing.
